SEPA direct debit to your bank account (SDD)

This method allows you to have your utility bills charged directly to your bank account.

To choose a direct debit to your bank account:

  • Select SEPA Direct Debit as payment method when signing the contract
  • Enter your personal information and correct IBAN code

In case you want to switch to this payment method after you signed the supply contract, you can:

  • Contact our Customer Care at the toll-free number 800.93.93.00;
  • Request to activate the SEPA Direct Debit method directly from your Customer Area or via the APP, going to Support – Change payment method, and entering your personal details and correct IBAN code.

Payment by bank transfer

This method allows you to pay your bills directly via a dedicated bank transfer.

To choose bank transfer as your payment method:

  • Select bank transfer as the payment method when signing the contract
  • Make the bank transfer indicating the Bank and IBAN listed on the first page of the invoice you received, in the Payment Method section
  • In the ‘reason for payment’ field, indicate the invoice number and the relevant POD or PDR.

In case you want to switch to this payment method after you signed the supply contract, you can:

  • Request to activate the bank transfer directly from your Customer Area or via the APP, going to Support – Change payment method.

Payment by credit card

This method allows you to pay your bills with your Visa or MasterCard credit card.

You can pay your invoices by credit card directly going to the Customer Area or the App. Go to Invoices and then to Received Invoices. Click on the Cart next to each invoice. The detail page will open and you can pay by clicking directly on Pay Invoice

Payment by pagoPA

This method allows you to pay your bills in a simple, secure and transparent way.

With pagoPA you can:

  • Pay online with the IO App, on the Duferco Energia website or App, from your Home Banking or with other enabled online channels.
  • Pay at banks and ATMs, at post offices, in bars, newsagents, bookshops, supermarkets, tobacconists and other affiliated merchants.

WHAT ADVANTAGES DO YOU HAVE?

With pagoPA you will not have to send the receipt, we will automatically record your payment.
The pagoPA notice contains all the useful information, in an easy-to-read format: frame the QR code if you use a payment app, or use the data reported on the notice for other payment channels.
