Duferco Energia has confirmed its commitment to creating stable jobs and lasting relationships with its employees. This effort is evidenced by the high number of transitions from temporary to permanent contracts in recent years.
Diversity in Duferco Energia involves not only gender or nationality, but also the different level of experience and age within the working population that can bring value to the company’s performance. As for the age of our employees, its breakdown has remained almost unchanged from previous years. As of September 30, 2021, the majority of the workforce, representing 70% of the total, was aged between 30 and 50, while the second most populous category is people aged under 30, therefore colleagues at their first professional experience, who represent 17% of the workforce. Finally, people aged over 50 make up the remaining 14% of the total. With permanent jobs for 97.5% and fixed-term work for 2.5%.
